At Mac Masters International, we use curing, not drying, to process our macadamia nuts. Here’s why:
Curing: Preserving Natural Goodness Curing involves a gentle balance of controlled airflow and temperature over a few days. This method preserves the nuts’ natural flavor, texture, and nutrition, resulting in a superior product.
Drying: Quick, But Compromised Drying uses heat to quickly remove moisture, but it can damage the nuts and reduce quality, affecting taste and texture.
